New Business:

• Approve September meeting minutes: Geri Hall Motion/ Seconded
• Approve September Treasure’s report: Brian Bianco Motion/Seconded
  • Two members with dues outstanding have been reached out to. No progress was made.
  • Checking with District 5170 for any membership support funds that might be available.
• New Member: Nell-e is recommending Raj as a new member. No progress has been reported.
• Read Through Rotary- Janette & Lou
  • Prep Party for Installations @ Kris Myers house. Thursday Sept. 14th went well. The process can be improved.
  • Install Date 9/17 D3 boxes: 5 of 6 boxes were installed. More help is needed Janette
  • 2022/2023 DDF Funds: Lou
  • Plan for 2023/2024 Funds
• October Events
  • Triton Meeting: Speaker was great! Several of us are registered for her art class.
  • Fun Brunch in Oakland & Fleet Week after Several members attended and enjoyed
    one another’s company, the food and the view. Fumi
  • Project needed. We have two people on the list, currently waiting their RTR box. Carol Pham and Lou Bash.
• November Events
  • Triton Meeting: Steph has scheduled the program
  • Fun
  • Project – Think paint and Read Through Rotary collaboration. (Raymond Cheng, new SF Club)
• December Events
  • Triton Meeting: Christmas Celebration will be on Friday, Dec. 8th, the 2nd Friday in Dec.
  • Fun – Niles Canyon Train Ride. Save the Date, Mon. Dec. 4th Details to come!
  • Project – Grant Elementary School Santa & Books
• Interact Fall Leadership Conference – Sunday, Oct. 8th 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 617 N Jackson Ave., 95133
  • 2000 Interactors, looking for $25 registration fees- any amount accepted; suggested 10 attendees and/or volunteer at their event. Janette, Carol and Fun Mary attended as volunteers. Janette connected with Raymond Cheng, new SF club and will pursue project collaboration with their club.
